Need to take a breather? You can pause your membership once per calendar year for up to 2 consecutive months. To do so please complete the form.
· Your billing will be temporarily halted.
· Your spot (and perks) will be held for your return.
· Reactivate simply by emailing us before your next billing date.
The Forbidden Chapter reserves the right to update, modify, or withdraw membership features at any time.
Any significant changes will be communicated to members in advance.

Want to slip out of the vault room entirely?
You may cancel your membership at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Once cancelled, you’ll lose access to all Vault perks, drops, and exclusive content from the following month onwards.
Cancelled memberships are not guaranteed re-entry. You may be added to the waitlist if The Vault is at capacity.
Life gets messy — we get it. If your scheduled Book Club night no longer works for you: You can add yourself to the waitlist for alternate session nights (e.g. Tuesdays, Thursdays, weekends). When a spot opens on one of your selected nights, we’ll contact you in order of the waitlist.
Note: Your current membership spot will be held until your new night is confirmed, so you never lose access while waiting.

- Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and older. Memberships are non-transferable and issued in the member’s name only. A valid email address and contact information must be provided at sign-up.
- The Vault is an intimate, private reading space for members. Phones, photography, and recording devices are strictly prohibited inside the Vault to maintain its atmosphere of secrecy. Members may be required to show their VIP lanyard for entry. Members are expected to treat the space, staff, and fellow members with respect. The Vault may be closed for special events at management’s discretion.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. Perks such as giveaways, exclusive editions, early releases, and online hub access are subject to availability and may change without notice.
- The Forbidden Chapter reserves the right to revoke membership without refund in cases of: Breach of these Terms & Conditions. Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour. Misuse of member-only benefits (e.g., sharing access or content). If revoked, all benefits and access cease immediately.
- If a membership is cancelled, paused, or not renewed, all benefits — including discounts, event access, Vault use, giveaways, and online hub access — are immediately revoked. Any pending perks (e.g., giveaway entries, birthday gifts, book club books) are forfeited once membership ends.
