Refunds & Returns
Our policy complies with Australian Consumer Law.
• Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items: o If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
o We will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund, including return shipping costs if required.
• Non-Refundable Items:
o Gift cards
o Sale or clearance items
o Digital/downloadable products
o Opened books (unless damaged)
Refund Processing
• Once returned items are received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
• Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Pre-Orders & Special Editions
• Pre-orders and special edition titles are non-refundable once the order is placed, except where required by law (damaged, faulty, or incorrect items).
