Witches of the Dead Kingdom

Ensnared within a magical forest, a long-dormant sorcerer begins to stir...

Motoki, a mortal trapped in a world of monsters, has lived under the suffocating control of his stepfather. A drunken decision sees him escape through a forbidden one-way portal to Earth. But when his brother Gil's magic starts to fail, Motoki grows desperate to find a way back to Annwn.

Louisa Davies, the only non-witch in her family, is struggling to keep her failing magic shop afloat. Abandoned by her cousin Erin — the one person she thought would never leave — she’s desperate to turn her luck around. When two otherworldly brothers ask for her help, she sees a chance to change her fortunes…so long as they can pay. The answer seems to lie in a magical forest that she was warned never to enter, but times are tough, and the Elder Council of Witches are starting to ask questions that could get her missing cousin into a lot of trouble.

Witches of the Dead Kingdom melds ancient Welsh mythology with modern-day magic, that asks the question: Just how far will you go out of love for your family — even when that family is a pain in your neck?
